Temperature: 95- 98°C (just boiled)

Amount: 1 teaspoon per cup

White Tea
Temperature: 75-85°C
Time: 1-3 minutes
Amount: 1.5 teaspoons per cup
Pro Tip: Let boiled water cool for 4-6 minutes before pouring
Oolong Tea
Temperature: 85-95°C
Time: 2-5 minutes
Amount: 1-2 teaspoons per cup
Pro Tip: Let boiled water cool for 2-3 minutes before pouring
Herbal Tisanes
Temperature: 98°C (boiling)
Time: 5- 15 minutes
Amount: 1-2 teaspoons per cup

Multiple Steepings
Many of our teas can be re-steeped multiple times:
- Black teas: 2-3 infusions
- Green teas: 2-3 infusions
- Oolong teas: 3-5 infusions
- White teas: 2-3 infusions
- Herbal tisanes: Best with one infusion
For subsequent steepings, add 30-60 seconds to the original steeping time.
