Our deliveries are managed through Royal Mail and DPD offering a fast and efficient delivery service to the UK. Find out about all the delivery options available to you when placing orders on our website.

Do you have any free delivery offers?

Yes, we will send all UK orders over £45 by Royal Mail service, free of charge.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Currently, we deliver to the UK. 

In accordance with our terms and conditions, you are responsible for payment of any customs duties, taxes and import charges which the customs in your country may apply to your order.

Unfortunately due to import restrictions we are unable to delivery to the USA, Canada and the EU at present.

How much will my delivery cost?

Our delivery charges are a flat fee for Uk orders, and are calculated based on the value for international to cover Royal Mail charges. All the charges are visible at the checkout

UK Deliveries:
Hermes deliveries in the UK start from £3.00.

EU & Channel Island Deliveries

You will see the delivery rate within the checkout. If you would like to speak to us please call our customer service team.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We offer fast and efficient delivery options for both UK and International deliveries.

UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 working days

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Orders placed on a UK public holiday, will be dispatched the next work day.

Please ensure that somebody will be around to receive your order. If you not, we can arrange for your order to be dispatched on another day or to an alternative address.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man Deliveries

Royal Mail Tracked 48 -  3 - 5 working days

This estimation is provided by Royal Mail, and is subject to efficient local customs clearance. However, it may take longer if they are experiencing delays in service. Unfortunately, Mindful Roots Tea cannot accept any responsibility for parcels delayed. Please allow 10 working days before contacting Customer Service with any missing delivery enquiries: we will be able to assist you as efficiently as possible once this time period has passed.
