Dragonwell Green Tea Also known as Long Jing - is China's most famous green tea from Hangzhou, Zhejiang. A region with cool, moist air, rocky mountains, acidic soil, and dramatic temperature fluctuations—practically designed for growing good tea.

Dragonwell's popularity stretches back to the Qing Dynasty, when emperor Qiang long declared it the official tea of the imperial court—a reputation that's carried weight ever since, and that received a second jolt of popularity from Chairman Mao during the Chinese revolution.

Dragonwell is produced by ancient methods in a 10 part process. Hand picked and fired by hand just like their ancestors. 

Distinguishable by its beautiful shape, emerald colour, scented smell and sweet floral character.
