The Jasmine tree comes into bloom only during May and June. The blossom lasts for about 12 hours and only comes out at night. Half way through the night the fragrance is at its peak and it is at this time the blossoms are hand picked and layered into the tea. The process is carried out for 5 consecutive nights to impart the flavour of the selected tea and jasmine flowers.
An exquisite and rare tea. The Jasmine flavour is made possible with midnight flowers combined with a seasonal green tea.
